Pizza from a Tortilla!

– 2 (8-10 inch) flour tortillas – 1 teaspoon olive oil – 2 pinches garlic powder – 1/2 cup pizza sauce (feel free to use more or less or even alfredo sauce) – 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese – pizza blend is good (feel free to use more or less) – Toppings of your choice: pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, Canadian bacon, chicken, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, pineapple etc.


– Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. – Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. – Set the two tortillas onto the baking sheet, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

– Place the baking sheet into the oven, on the middle rack, and bake for 3-6 minutes only. The tortillas will bubble up and the edges will start to crisp up. -Spread the pizza sauce onto the two tortillas.

– Add about half the cheese onto the tortillas. – Add the toppings of your choice, then add the rest of the cheese.

– Put the baking sheet back into the oven and bake for another 3-6 minutes until the cheese is melted.  – Allow the pizzas to cool for about 5 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve.
