Cinnamon Roll Apple Bake

– 2 (12 oz.) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (Pillsbury works well) (make sure to reserve the icing) – 4 tablespoons butter, melted – 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/2 cup packed brown sugar


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 13×9 inch baking dish. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar to a bowl and mix then melt the butter in a small bowl.

Cut each cinnamon roll into about 4-6 pieces, and add them to the sprayed baking dish.

Add the apple pie filling, then drizzle with butter, cinnamon, and the brown sugar.

Stir everything together in the dish and smooth evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once baked, set on a cooling rack while you prepare the icing.

Add the icing to a small bowl and heat slightly in the microwave until warm and drizzling consistency.

Drizzle the icing over the apple cinnamon roll bake and serve warm.
