How to make a mini pizza:

Let’s talk a little about how to make easy personalized pizzas for one. (The printable instructions are in the recipe card below.)

Step 1:

Make sure to first preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2:

Next, add the flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder to a mixing bowl and whisk.

Step 3:

Now, add in the milk and olive oil and mix until a soft dough is formed. You may need to use your hands at some point to mix the dough.

Check the consistency of the dough. If it’s dry, add another tablespoon of milk at a time and mix again. You don’t want the dough sticky though.

If it ends up too sticky, add a teaspoon of flour and mix again.

Step 4:

Next, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and then form it into a ball.

Step 5:

Roll the dough ball into a 6-8 inch circle depending on how thick or thin you want the crust. You can use a rolling pin or your hands to mash it into a rough circle.

You’ll probably need to sprinkle a little flour on the dough because it’s likely to get a little sticky when you start rolling it out or mashing it into a circle.

Step 6:

Now transfer to a baking sheet or pizza pan that’s lined with parchment paper.

Step 7:

Next, add pizza sauce, the cheese you want, then the toppings of your choice.
